A residential market basically requires a maid service. Your staff will
be doing dusting of fixtures, furniture and blinds, remove cobwebs,
vacuum and mop floors, carpets, rugs and stairs. Clean glass surfaces,
straighten linens and bring out the trash. They will be covering all
major rooms, bathrooms and kitchens. Aside from these basic services
some clients will want or require an additional application on curtains,

deep dirt within the carpet is a bit harder to take out. Water treatment
is usually the best but in some cases it may be difficult tor more

there are some industrial cleaners or chemicals for this. Over the
course of time or maybe because of materials spilled upon the carpet may
cause the material to discolor.

offer.
Commercial establishments require janitorial services, which are like
maid services covering a larger scope. Unlike maid services which happen
during the normal hours of the day, janitorial services work on the
opposite time. This is due to the fact that the offices or places of
business they are contracted to wouldn’t want the cleaning to interfere
with the office work done during the day. Both can stand alone as
individual businesses or can be operated under one roof.
